Make sure your mixture contains enough sugar and that your ingredients are chilled. Very low-sugar mixtures may not freeze properly.
Allow the machine enough time to reach the desired texture and adjust the texture setting if available. Recipe ratios can also affect consistency.
Sugar helps create the correct frozen texture. Completely sugar-free drinks may not freeze properly unless the recipe contains another suitable ingredient that supports freezing.
Keep the machine upright and allow it to rest for the amount of time recommended in your user guide before first use.
Turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Wash removable parts according to your user guide and wipe the main unit with a soft damp cloth.
